Wake up….
Many of us are too lazy to pray. Or haven’t developed the daily habit of prayer. Or have simply been too distracted or seduced by the flesh, our jobs or the world to pray. The result is spiritual stagnation.
Jesus says in Matthew 24: Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold.
Wow. It will only be a few who love well and finish well in these perilous end times. God is calling us to invest in our spiritual walk, our prayer life, in these days. Many Christians (too busy with Facebook) will be found asleep as in Jesus’ parable of the ‘five foolish virgins’.
Many will panic when everything around them falls and fails. Many will not meet that day of trial with prayer and faith, as prayer and faith has been so absent from their lives.
